Instead of just sucking her thumb, Brooklyn likes to try to fit her fist in her mouth. She has been sucking on her fist and thumb sometimes a lot more lately.
Nana and Papa Hoffe came to babysit Graham for the weekend. We were fortunate enough to see them three times that weekend. On Friday night we went out for fish. Graham was so excited to burp Brooklyn after she ate. He is so good with her. I think he is starting to like her more and more.
On Sunday Brooklyn went to the Milwaukee County Zoo for the first time. We went with Nana, Papa and Graham. Graham was our tour guide. He has been to the zoo so many times that he knew right where to go. Brooklyn didn't even know that she was at the zoo, since she slept the whole time, but she will see a lot of the zoo this summer.
Ryan came home from work one day and found me looking like this. He couldn't stop laughing. I really didn't understand what was so funny. I needed to do something that day, besides try to soothe a fussy baby, so I decided to vacuum and hold her at the same time. I love this sling!
This week we did a lot of singing and dancing and practicing our tummy time. Look at how strong Brooklyn is getting! What a smart little girl!
