Week 17 and 18

This week Brooklyn has been a drooling machine! We have gone through many outfits. It looks like I am going to need to get out the bibs. Her hands are constantly in her mouth. I keep feeling for those teeth, but nothing yet.

Brooklyn has been a very happy girl the last few weeks. I definitely love this stage so much better than the first few months. She is more attentive to everything around her, she loves to smile, she continues to chatter, and she has now started a high pitch squeal when she is excited or tired. We are still waiting for more giggles. She smiles so big some times that you would think a huge laugh would come out....but nothing! It know it will come. We are also still practicing rolling over. She is really good with a little help, but isn't able to roll on her own quite yet. We will keep working on it.

This is Brooklyn's new thing. When she get tired of tummy time, she just lays down and sucks on her fist. It's super cute!

This is Brooklyn's favorite book right now. When you push the yellow button on the bottom it makes frog croaking sounds, which Brooklyn LOVES. As soon as I show her the book she looks at the yellow button. :) I can tell that she is starting to remember things, which is really fun to see!

Check out my big girl jammies from Auntie Katie. I love them! My feet get so sweaty (and stinky) at night, so these are perfect!

Brooklyn is becoming much more active and attentive when she is in her activity jumper.

Check out this cute video. There is a mirror that she is looking in. She also loves to suck on the seat..anything to help make those gums feel better.
