7 Months Old

Brooklyn is 7 months old!!!!!!

Wow! I thought 6 months sounded old...7 months sounds even older. Brooklyn is SO much fun these days (not that she wasn't fun before). She is talking so much more, giggling (finally), and is very interested in EVERYTHING!

Brooklyn loves to...

-stand and play at her music table

-pull herself up onto things

-give mommy and daddy kisses

-giggle when tickled under her chin

-smile when she sees people

-jump in her activity jumper

-jump and dance when she is excited or hears music

-make blowing noises with her mouth

-reach and grab things

-roll over and over (both ways)

-play peek a boo

-eat everything we have given her so far

-swing outside

-play in the grass and go for walks

We tried a few pics of her sitting, but since she loves to stand now, we decided to try a picture of her standing with her sign...what a big girl!

Brooklyn's first week at Miss Annes house went well. Ryan said that the drop offs have gone well. I rush out of school at 3:00, drive 45 minutes, and look forward to seeing Brooklyn smile when I pick her up. She loves the other girls at Miss Annes and is having so much fun. The harest part about going back to work is not being able to spend all day every day with her. We try to do all we can in the 3 hours that I see her every day. Some days she is so worn out from Miss Annes, she takes a little cat nap when she gets home, which only leaves us 2 hours of quality time....sure not enough for me....but it is what it is...(for this year at least)
