On Wednesday, December 9th Germantown got hit hard with snow. I decided to take a snow day and hang out with Brooklyn (since all the other schools in our area were closed). We got all bundled up and went in the snow for the first time. I had to bang snow off our evergreen trees, since they were weighted down by the heavy snow and we didn't want them to break. Brooklyn just sat and watched. She didn't move much....it could've been because her snowsuit was too big or maybe it was because it was chilly and she wasn't sure what to think of all the white "stuff" around her.
