We headed to MN for my sister's wedding shower at my aunt's cabin on Saturday. Not a very good picture of the bride to be, but I didn't take many pics.
It was so nice to see most of my aunts and my two grandmas, since I never got to see them over the holidays due to bad weather.

Brooklyn did really well at the shower. She took a good nap on the way home and was ready to play with Daniel when we got back to Grammy and Grandpas house. It was so fun to watch them interact with each other. He took such good care of her.
While the girls were at the shower, the boys were working on redoing my parents deck. After 25 years, it needed a little update. My parents are hosting my sister's rehearsal dinner in their backyard this summer, so they are sprucing things up a little.
Daniel even helped out
We left late Sunday afternoon and stopped in EC for the night (it always helps to break up the trip a little). We finally made our way home bright and early Monday morning. We made it all the way home without a stop (except we got stuck in road construction, which delayed us an hour....that's right we went 5 miles in ONE hour). It was a lovely weekend spending quality time with family!
