9/11

This morning I woke up with a sadness in my heart as I thought about the life changing event that happened 10 years ago. I can't believe it has been 10 years since the devastation in New York, the Pentagon and Pennsylvania. I can still picture where I was the morning everything happened. In honor of all the heroes and in memory of all the fallen soldiers and victims of 9/11 my family wore red, white, and blue, watched the memorial service on tv and said extra prayers for all the friends and families who lost someone special because of this horrific event. Today I feel sad, yet am reminded to be grateful and feel blessed for all that life has given me. We will never forget!
