In May, my school hosted our second annual "Chair"ity auction. The teachers refurbished a chair and they were auctioned off to the community in a live auction. Earlier in the day there was a silent auction where community members, teachers, and families donated items to be auctioned off. This year I chose to add a "Picnic in the Park with Mrs. Hoffe" as part of the silent auction. A family I had two years ago won. So yesterday, I met The Schrempp family and a friend in Oak Creek for a little picnic in the park. I prepared the picnic lunch and we headed to a nearby park. We ate lunch, played on the playground, and went for a bike ride. It was a great day!
