I got a phone call from my baby sister Katie last night at 10:13 pm. I was putting Brooklyn to bed, but Ryan said that she called. The first thing I thought of was that she had some wonderful news to share!!!!!! Why else would she be calling me that late.... So after I eagerly called her back, she proceeded to inform us that SHE IS ENGAGED!!!!!! Yipee!!!!!! We LOVE uncle Mike (Brooklyn and I always God Bless Uncle Mike and now he really will be Brooklyn's uncle). Katie is the last of the Quist kids to get married. My parents are thrilled! I am headed home in a few weeks, I will post a picture of the newly engaged couple after I see them. Here is a picture of them from Amy's Wedding this past fall! What a beautiful couple! Congrats Katie and Mike! We are SUPER happy for you! Mike, welcome to the family!
