On Sunday we traveled back to Eau Claire to spend some time with Nana and Papa. We went on a nice boat ride. Brooklyn wore a life jacket for the first time. I realize that the infant life jackets are made a certain way for a reason, but you would think the makers would think about how they fit the infants. Maybe Brooklyn is still too small for it, but it sure didn't fit her well. Poor thing. We tried two different ones, but they fit the same. With the hum of the boat, the wind blowing in her ears, and the tightness the life jacket gave her, she quickly fell asleep in my arms.
After her little cat nap, she got to drive the boat with Papa.
