A fun day with Mommy

Today I had the best day with Brooklyn, despite her tantrum when she was put in her stroller, and her tantrum when she didn't want her diaper changed. We started the morning by running a few errands. One of our stops was Toys R Us. Sometimes I feel bad for Brooklyn because she just doesn't have that many toys. She really likes babies and we have been trying to prepare her for her new brother or sister, so I thought we needed to go buy her some baby things. Today I bought her a baby umbrella stroller and her very own baby diaper bag filled with diapers, bottles, a burp cloth, washcloths, and wet wipes. She loves bags, so I thought this would be perfect. She got a doll, which we named Rita, from my mom at Christmas time, so we opted not to buy a new doll this time around. Next time...

After our errands, we headed to a park, had a picnic lunch together, and then came home for her afternoon nap.

After Brooklyn got up from her nap with played with her new stroller and diaper bag. It was so fun to watch.
