Last weekend Nana and Papa came for a visit! Knowing how much Brooklyn loves to help in the kitchen, we thought it would be fun to make gingerbread cookies. Nana and I found these wonderful gingerbread cutouts that just required baking (so much easier). Brooklyn had a blast decorating them. Of coarse she wanted to do everything by herself! Thanks Nana!

Our newest thing is to ask Brooklyn to "laugh", rather than "smile". These are the smiles we are getting lately! So much better than the fake smile that doesn't even look like a smile.
