Emmett is now 2.5 weeks old! He is a good little boy! All he does is eat, sleep, and poop, but what else do you expect from a baby! He lost a lot of weight at the beginning, but now is latching on all by himself and is eating like a champ. We feel that he doesn't look so "newbornish" any more. He seems to be long, as he is growing out of some of his newborn clothes already. 0-3 month clothes seem to fit him the best right now. Here are his stats from his two week well check appointment:
Weight - 7lbs 13 oz (25 percentile) - 3 oz more than birth weight
Length - 21 in (62 percentile)
Head - 34 cm (7 percentile) - no wonder it was an easier delivery, this boy has a little head (but I am positive it is filled with a very smart brain)
