Brooklyn has been very motherly lately to her dollies, especially baby Rita. She likes to change her diaper, just as I change Emmetts diaper.
She also likes to feed her baby Rita the way I feed Emmett. This started a few weeks ago. I was nursing Emmett and she said that she was going to feed Rita. I thought she was going to give her the bottle that she was playing with...nope. She sat down, pulled up her shirt, put Rita on her chest, and started making sucking sounds. It was SO funny. I did everything I could not to laugh. What a sweetheart.
This is just the most precious picture EVER!!!! This picture will forever be a reminder that someday way in the future she is going to be a great mommy just like her amazing mommy!!!! She even has the football hold down perfectly....supportive under the neck! Just too cute!
