Let the floor installation begin...I actually helped with this project. I was in charge of picking out the boards, laying them out, and getting them ready for Ryan to staple in. What a great team we were.

We weren't able to be in our house Saturday and Sunday (today) until tonight. Ryan worked on a side job and I got A LOT of Christmas shopping done. Jason and Holly (and Graham) generously let us stay at their house last night. We were able to stay at our own home tonight, but I am confined to our bedroom, as the fumes are pretty strong. Ryan doesn't want Baby Hoffe coming out with 3 ears. (his words exactly). The floors look amazing...I will get a picture posted this week. We can move our furniture back in the family room later this week, but we still won't have a kitchen until after the holidays. The projected arrival date of the cabinets are December 18th, which means we probably won't get them installed until our Christmas break. The counter tops will arrive in another 4 weeks, so we will have to make our own for awhile...anything will be better than not having a kitchen at all. I can't wait to put all our dishes in our new cabinets.
